This website is provided for general information and to allow customers and businesses to learn about AOTD services, contact us, request delivery services, and submit business, vendor, or employment-related inquiries.

2. Delivery Requests
Submitting a delivery request through the website does not automatically guarantee or confirm a delivery.
A delivery is subject to AOTD’s acceptance, service availability, pickup and destination locations, item type and size, scheduling requirements, and any other applicable service requirements.
AOTD may decline a delivery request when we cannot safely, legally, or reasonably perform the requested service.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Prices or quotes may depend on factors including distance, service type, urgency, item size or quantity, pickup and delivery locations, waiting time, special handling requirements, and other circumstances related to the delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, submitting a quote request does not create a binding service agreement.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, item descriptions, delivery instructions, access information, and other details reasonably necessary to complete a delivery.
Customers must ensure that items submitted for delivery are properly packaged and lawful to transport.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
AOTD does not knowingly transport illegal, prohibited, unsafe, or unauthorized items.
Certain hazardous, regulated, restricted, perishable, medical, or other specialized materials may require additional approval, documentation, handling procedures, or may not be accepted.
Customers must accurately disclose the nature of items submitted for transportation.
6. Pickup and Delivery Times
AOTD strives to provide dependable and timely delivery service. However, pickup or delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, incorrect customer information, recipient availability, building access, emergencies, government actions, or other circumstances beyond AOTD’s reasonable control.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, estimated pickup or delivery times should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Customers should contact AOTD as soon as possible to request a cancellation or modification.
Fees may apply when a courier has already been dispatched, arrived at the pickup location, incurred expenses, or begun performing the requested service.
8. Loss, Damage, and Claims
Customers should promptly notify AOTD of any claimed loss, damage, or delivery issue.
Any responsibility for loss or damage will depend on the circumstances of the delivery, applicable law, the service agreement, and any applicable insurance or contractual limitations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website or services may interact with third-party providers, websites, software, mapping services, payment services, or other platforms. AOTD is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.
